Eligibility
This competition is open to current managed tenants of CJ Hole who are 18 years or older and live in a property in the Bristol area. Participating offices are: Bishopston, Bishopsworth, Brislington, Clifton, Downend, Henleaze, Kingswood, Redfield, Southville, Westbury-on-Trym.
Participants must follow all entry requirements to be eligible. These include:
1. Liking the designated competition post. Following @cjhole_bristol on Instagram.
2. Tagging 1 friend in the comments.
3. Following @cjhole_bristol
4. Confirming their entry by sending @cjhole_bristol a private Instagram message.
Prize
The prize is £1,000 cash prize.
The prize cannot be exchanged for any other alternatives and is non-transferable.
Entry Period
The competition will run from Friday 29th November 2024 10am GMT until Thursday 12th December 2024 4pm GMT. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and will be notified within 1 day of the competition closing date.
The winner must respond within 3 days of notification to claim the prize. If there is no response by 10am on Monday 16th December 2024, an alternative winner may be selected.
Prize Redemption
The winning tenant’s rent account will be credited with the prize amount.
The winning tenant must provide CJ Hole with their bank details within 14 days of CJ Hole acknowledging their notification claiming the prize.
The cash prize will only apply during the winner’s current managed tenancy. Should the tenancy end or be transferred before the prize is redeemed, the prize will be forfeited.
Publicity
By entering, participants agree that, in the event of winning, they may be required to participate in publicity related to the competition, which may include the use of their name and image in promotional material.
Data Protection
Any personal data provided in connection with this competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with our privacy policy.
General
CJ Hole reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition if deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside of our control.
CJ Hole’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Limitation of Liability
CJ Hole’s will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
