Lulu has a background in property law and is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient when it comes to liaising with solicitors, providing support, and dealing with queriers from our buyers and sellers. As a sales progressor, Lulu is responsible for guiding our buyers and sellers through the legal/conveyancing process, by continually monitoring progress between an offer acceptance and exchange of contracts and providing regular updates between all parties.
